To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. However, if you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary for us to reschedule you to another day or time in order to ensure that our schedule stays on time for our other patients. You may also be charged for a visit if you do not provide us with 24 hours cancellation notice.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
We do request that you come 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time in order to allow for us to check your pet in. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive later than we scheduled.
